TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Membership Fee: The monthly membership fee for Tier 1 is R250, payable via credit card or direct debit. Fees are non-refundable.
- Accumulated Balance: Subscription fees will accumulate each month, building a balance that can be redeemed for cakes and treats whenever you choose. You will receive a monthly statement outlining your available balance. This balance does not expire, but it must be used within 12 months of your last transaction.
- Birthday Surprise: Members are entitled to a complimentary drink and slice of cake during their birthday month. This offer is valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed in person. A voucher will be sent to you before your birthday month.
- Member Discounts: The 5% discount is applicable to all purchases. This discount cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.
- Sneak Peeks: Members will receive exclusive notifications regarding new flavours and launches via email. Tessa’s Cake Club is not responsible for missed communications.
- Cancellations: Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for that month.
- Changes to Terms: Tessa’s reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email.
